be still

Psalm 116:7, "Be at rest once more, O my soul, for the Lord has been good to you."

When you look back over your life and know that the Lord has been so good to you.  More often than not, however, I need this reminder for myself to just rest in Him...to "Be still and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10). I'm working on it.
What's "funny" is Psalm 46:10 has also been on John's heart as well.  Then Ashley and I saw this at the Air Force Academy Chapel.  #whenGodkeepsgivingyousigns
